EIWA1000 - Inside Wireman Apprentice I-A

This course covers introductory topics such as safety, proper job conduct, DC theory, electrical tools, and GFCI functions, as well as electrical math and topics related to fall safety, wire, conduit bending, conductors, and code devices. Students taking this course will obtain their American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Certification.

USME1020 - First Year Weeks III & IV

This course includes the third and fourth weeks of first-year instruction. Topics include a trade overview, trade history, and trade materials, as well as drafting tools and drafting orthographic projection. Other topics include shop procedures, simple sheet metal layout, reading plans and specs, and shop safety.

USME2020 - Second Year Weeks III & IV

This course includes the third and fourth weeks of second-year instruction. Topics include shop fabrication, reading plans and specs using Procore, an introduction to GMAW welding, and an introduction to parallel line, radial line, and triangulation pattern development.
